*Vaga – Commercial Advisor*
COMMERCIAL ADVISOR is required by our Client, an Oil and Gas Operator, to be assigned on resident basis in Mozambique.
Principal Responsibilities
To provide support on the management of the commercial structure/contractual framework of the LNG Project, as well as help manage and promote the observance of all obligations arising therefrom , as negotiated and agreed with the Government of Mozambique.
Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, Business or Law (however not a practicing attorney), Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
10 or more years business experience preferably in Oil and Gas, Energy or Heavy industry.
Business experience in African Countries, preferably In Mozambique
Preferred business experience includes:
Regular interaction with governmental agencies
Commercial/negotiating experience
Mining or forestry or energy (power, oil & gas, pipeline) – commercial/business related or operations management
Business leadership/management or entrepreneurial business experience
Fluent in both Portuguese and English
