Responsible for coordinate the elaboration and/or revision of the pluri-annual Socioeconomic Programs Plan; deploy the annual Socioeconomic Programs plan into a 52-week plan, monitor performance on implementation, and support in correction of deviations; support in the definition of KPIs for monitoring performance of the Socioeconomic Programs; contribute to capturing bottlenecks, and promoting continuous improvement related to Socioeconomic Programs; ensure that all functions within Social Performance and cross-cutting areas operate according to the Social Performance Management System (developing training materials and providing training when necessary); aid teams in drafting of Scopes of work related to socioeconomic programs, ensuring alignment with Social Performance strategy and guidelines; maintain the institutional memory stored, centralized and updated.
*Requirements*
Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, business management or related studies;
5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the extractive industry;
Knowledge of IFC (International Finance Corporation) Performance Standards desired;
Familiarity with the concepts of Social License to Operate and Shared Value Concepts in the Extractive Industry desired;
Ability to engage, coordinate and lead cross-cutting teams;
Ability to use data and database software effectively and creatively to meet specific goals;
Ability to work independently;
PMO skills required;
Mozambican nationality.
